安装PHP 5.6时出现OpenSSL错误<evp.h> Download

Heelo，我已经安装了phpbrew。现在，当我尝试使用php@5.6安装phpbrew时，由于openssl存在问题，它失败了。它显示此错误消息： configure: error: Cannot find OpenSSL's <evp.h>

我无法更新/替换系统openssl，它总是说“不允许操作”， Homebrew的命令失败。

有什么建议吗？
